I want to share stories, stories that are important and accessible, stories that inspire and affect, stories by voices that aren’t always heard. The stories I am drawn to are rich in language and visually theatrical with complex text, specific in tone and style, and heavily character driven. I strive to create dynamic and innovative storytelling using a range of mediums and art forms to enhance the theatricality of the production. I want every production to take the audience on an adventure!

I have spent my career primarily on developing new work. New plays have a spirit, a drive, an excitement that can only exist with something that is in development, something that is evolving and growing, becoming more specific, richer, and closer to the truth at every part of the process. I work with playwrights from a community to put on work for their community.
